We provide football betting tips and related information by subscription, delivered via a private Telegram group. Each tip includes the selection, target odds, and a recommended stake. We are not a bookmaker, do not accept bets, and do not process any gambling transactions. We hold no betting licence because none is required to provide tipping and analysis services in the UK.
Nothing we publish is financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome. All betting carries risk of loss. You are solely responsible for any bets you place, with your own bookmaker, at stakes you choose.
The service is intended for UK residents aged 18 or over only. By subscribing, you confirm you meet both conditions. We may ask for verification and may suspend or cancel your subscription if we reasonably believe you do not.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in GBP via our payment processor, Stripe. Prices shown in other currencies are for reference only. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We may change prices with at least [30 days'] notice; continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
You can cancel at any time via [the Stripe customer billing portal link sent in your confirmation email / your account page]. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription and receive a full refund. Because this service starts delivering tips immediately, by subscribing you expressly request that we begin supplying the service straight away, and you acknowledge that once you have received tips during the current billing period, you lose the right to a refund for that period, though you may still cancel to stop future renewals. [Confirm this waiver language and mechanism (e.g. a checkbox at checkout) with a solicitor; the exact wording and process needed to validly obtain this consent matters.]
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any billing period once your subscription has started, including if you stop using the service, forget to cancel, or are removed from the Telegram group for breaching these terms. The only exceptions are: (a) your statutory 14-day cancellation right described in Section 5, before you've received any tips in that period, and (b) any refund you're entitled to by law if the service was not provided as described. [A blanket "no refunds" line can't override those two statutory carve-outs; keep them in, however firm you want the policy to sound.]
On subscribing, you'll receive an invite link to our private Telegram group. Access is tied to an active, paid subscription and is removed automatically if your subscription lapses, payment fails, or you cancel. You must not share your invite link, screenshot or forward tips outside the group, or use another person's access. We may remove anyone who breaches this without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from your subscription is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for any betting losses you incur, for the accuracy or outcome of any tip, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll give you reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
